What is an Eligible Training Provider (ETP)?

At the Hawaii County Workforce Development Board, we are dedicated to connecting job seekers with the training they need to succeed in today’s economy.

An Eligible Training Provider (ETP) is a quality, certified institution or organization that has been approved to provide training services to individuals funded through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). These providers offer a wide range of programs—from industry-specific certifications and vocational training to apprenticeships—all designed to help you gain the skills that local employers are looking for right now.
